Species

There are 5 species of intelligent beings roaming the world of Magnolia.

Avalan

Avalan are the tribe of earth. They feast on the energy of wood and soil. They made excellent farmers due to their great compatibility with the nature. They are also especially good with woodland animal, such as deer or mouflon. As such, in ancient time avalans usually work as stockman or farmer. They typically settle near the woods.

At higher level of mastery, avalans can bend the earth and spring plants from barren ground. These avalans work to enrich the soil magically, and fortify their bases with great earth walls.

Avalans have horns and ears that resemble bovine creatures. Their skin is usually tan to dark, though paler avalans exist. Their hair can be black, brown, or even green (green usually indicates that the avalan is masterful of their magic.)
